Nutrition Supplements to prevent stunted growth

Adequate nutrition in the first 1,000 days of life is critical for brain development and prevention of stunting. Exclusive breastfeeding until 6 months with the provision of high nutrient supplements through the second year of life help assure development with the ability to learn and lead a productive life with good health.  We provide supplements to all children 6-24 months to give them the best start in life.    Children 6mos-5 yrs age also need preventive care for healthy teeth with fluoride and tooth brushing, and treatment to eliminate parasites with Vitamin A supplementation.
